Thai Massage Services Policy

1. Scope and Application: This policy governs the provision of Thai massage services by Siri Thai Massage and is intended to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of both our clients and therapists.
2. Booking Appointments:
   • Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred date, time, and therapist.
   • Deposit of 50% is required to reserve your spot.
   • Same-day appointments are subject to availability.
3. Arrival Time:
   • Clients are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.
4. Dress Code:
   • Thai massage is typically performed with the client in loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. Clients can wear their own or use the attire provided by us.
5. Therapist-Client Communication:
   • Prior to starting the session, the therapist will discuss any specific needs, areas of discomfort, or injuries. Clients should communicate their preferences regarding pressure and areas of focus.
6. Contraindications:
   • Individuals with certain health conditions may not be suitable for Thai massage. Clients are responsible for informing their therapist of any medical conditions or medications taken.
7. Professionalism and Respect:
   • All massages are therapeutic in nature. Any inappropriate behavior or comments by clients will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
   • Our therapists are trained professionals and are expected to uphold the highest standards of conduct. Clients should report any discomfort or dissatisfaction immediately.
8. Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
   • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
   • No-shows may be charged the full session rate.
9. Hygiene:
   • Clients are encouraged to shower prior to their massage session.
   • All linens and equipment are sanitized and replaced after every session.
10. Confidentiality:

• All client records are confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
